Proper diet for 14-year-old?

Actually, you don't need to diet in fact if you want to lose weight, the only diet which definitely delivered for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it has been highlighted in Reader's Digest and CNN.
