Would it be rude to put my own name on drinking gles that I have made for a group I belong to?

For some time now, I've wanted to have custom bar (16 oz mixer) bar type drinking gles made up for a group I belong to. The gl would primarly have the group's logo displayed on them, just like you'd expect. I'm sure I'd be able to sell them easily (if approved by the group to have them made) and recover the cost (but no profit). However, since I believe money isn't the only currency, I'm considering accepting all of the monetary cost myself. I would have the gles made, but in addition to the main logo, I would add the text "a gift from my-name" below it. I'm concerned that this might be seen as rude or conceited. What do you think?
