Okay..... On Monday was lifting waits. I think it was those number 4rs. It's my first time working out. Yeah... I'm lazy or was I guess. Anyways, I thinkni did to much!! My biceps really hurt!! I can't have my arms straight cause it'll hurt more. It's really sore is this normal? Can I do anything but without getting out of my bed. It's lke 4 in the morning, so i'd rather be in my bed:) is there anything I can do? It's just to painfull to sleep:( thank god I don't have school tomorrow:)
