Anyone has black berry unlimited plan on their att blackberry?

I got a blackberry a couple of months ago from att. I was told that I had to pick a blackberry plan. I picked the plan that was $44.99 and was told that it included unlimited data and unlimited messages. Well I got my bill and they are charging pay per use for text messages. Called att and they have changed all their blackberry plans and they can't find the code for the plan on my account, so they can't verify that my plan has unlimited messages, so they are trying to change my plan to one of the new ones that cost more than the original plan. Does anyone have this old plan or any old brochures that list this plan? How in the world could they not have any record of this plan and it is on my bill.
