HELP!! my friend got aulted?!?

my best-friend was out shopping at a store and she was looking at the clothing sections when two chicks asked if she was so and so, she said "no i'm not" twice and they said "are u sure" then one of them grabbed her arm and bruised it, forced her to take a picture in less than to minutes! she was shaking and crying.But the worst part is they got away with her pic they did however caught the girl face on camera the one who grabbed her and she was wearing a shirt of her schools mascot the cops were called and are going to take the case, my question is how long will it take and do you think they'll find them? i'm so worried for her :(
