How do I match a bikini bathing suite top with lots of color and floral pattern to random bottoms?

Its a wierd teal/blue and looks like antique floral patterns from a granma's quilt:) pink and magenta and greens.. but the neck tie is a peachy/pink color with small whit polka dots. It also has a white and gold ring in the middle!
