Don't question authority they dont know either. Who first said this? I have to cite it for a paper?

I need enough information to quote it. I have no clue if it can even be cited. but I dont want to get a zero on my paper because I plagiarized. =/ helppp. Or if anyone knows the proper MLA way of saying 'this needs to be cited but can not be' haha Thanks!!
