Capenter bradley bruno a scammer?

i met this guy from a dating site and after few times of exchanging emails he was asking for my finger ring size, and then the next day he said he is going to send a luggage with ring, diamond necklace, money and etc and yes he sent another email stating that the luggage has been sent. A man from Malaysia called me up saying that the luggage has a problem and has been hold at the custom and they are asking for 300 usd for the charges. God I am almost be one of their victims. This man ruins my life because i already resigned bec he promised to come in the Philippines on June 15 and he was talking about marriage.
