15 year old looking for help on application!?

I am applying online for a service clerk at glens and they hire at 15. I am applying online because that's what the lady on the phone told me to do. I'm on the application and theres a few questions i need help with. Desired hours per week: i know theres a limit for me but i don't know it and i want to work as much as possible. Minimum pay: What's too much for a 15 year old? I said 5.75 but im iffy. Geographic preference is the most confusing.. I have no idea what to say. Thanks for reading and thanks for helping! (:
