UK rival crock pot/slow cooker parts?

Does anyone know where I can get parts for a rival crock pot, my house mate, put the lid in the oven & the handle has now melted. I'm looking to get a new lid without getting a new crockpot. I have looked at the crock pot site & it's a US site.
