Is lady macbeth meant to be viewed as evil?

I unfortunately had to read the play and now I have to write an essay about Lady Macbeth and how Shakespeare didnt mean for her to be viewed as evil. Can anyone give me an example of how she isnt meant to be viewed as evil because from what I read she seems like quite a bi**h =]
