Im in a two guys one girl pickle and need advice..?

k so i met this guy (m )and he was awesome but i didnt think he liked me. i mean we exchanged numbers but i duno guys do that. so i asked this guy (r) ive been crushing on for a long time to sadies after i met that guy (m). but ive been talking to (m) nonstop since then..he said he was nervouse...but now were going out (i had forgotten about (r)..) but im still going to the dance with (r)... but my friend told (m) about the dance (he knows everthing about (r) and the dance) but he still wants to go. i told him i think we should hang before and after so things wouldnt be awkward. because he doesnt go to our school and itll cause drama.. but (m) made my best friend had buy his ticket saying he wanted to suprise me or something and now i have two dates to the dance (m) and (r) and i cant dance with one with out pissing off the other...but ones my boyfriend and the others my date....what do i do!!
