How to update my bcm2045a (broadcom) dongle driver, i have downloaded the setup(.exe) but it's not runing?

the setup seiged at the third step, it cleared DETECTING DEVICE, VALIDATING DEVICE, but at DOWNLOADING SOFTWARE it shows a wrong sign in red, popped up. plz hlp wd dis.
