Do you practice only in the uniform adopted by the style you study?

The uniforms are traditional as well as functional. Stretching is for safety. The techniques will still work if you're not wearing a gi or didn't stretch before hand, but this is just during training.

Why are my baby finches so sleepy?

My baby finches are wild birds. Not the one you get at Petsmart. These eggs were abandoned so i took care of em. And at age of 3 days theyre getting quite sleepy. Whats up with that?
